In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context expressly requires otherwise:

• "pak33" or "the Platform" refers to the online gaming and sports betting platform operated under the brand pak33, accessible at pak33.bio and its associated subdomains.
• "Player" or "You" means any individual who has registered a pak33 account or who accesses the pak33 platform in any capacity.
• "Account" means the personal account held by a registered player on pak33, including the associated PKR wallet and gaming history.
• "Real Money Balance" means funds deposited directly by the player through a supported payment method and credited to the player's pak33 wallet in PKR.
• "Bonus Balance" means promotional credits awarded by pak33, which are subject to wagering requirements before conversion to Real Money Balance.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the total amount of eligible real-money wagers that must be placed before Bonus Balance funds can be withdrawn.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process conducted by pak33 in accordance with anti-money laundering regulations and responsible gaming obligations.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any country or territory from which access to and use of pak33 is restricted by applicable law or by pak33's licensing conditions.

By accessing, registering on, or otherwise using the pak33 platform, you unconditionally accept these Terms and Conditions, the pak33 Privacy Policy, and any additional rules applicable to specific games or promotions as published on the platform from time to time.

Your acceptance is confirmed at the point of account registration. If you do not accept these terms in full, you must immediately cease using pak33 and, if you hold a registered account, contact our support team to request account closure.

pak33 reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of the platform following notification of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. To register and maintain a pak33 account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age. pak33 enforces a strict minimum age policy and reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time.
• You are a natural person and not a corporation, trust, partnership, or other legal entity.
• You are not accessing pak33 from a Prohibited Jurisdiction.
• You are not subject to a self-exclusion order or cooling-off period currently active on your pak33 account.
• You have not previously had a pak33 account closed due to a breach of these Terms and Conditions.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or representative of any other person.

Each player is permitted to hold only one registered account. pak33 employs automated and manual checks to identify duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are detected, pak33 reserves the right to suspend all associated accounts and to void any bonuses, winnings, or pending withdrawals linked to them.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your pak33 account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. pak33 will never ask you for your password via live chat, email, or telephone.

All pak33 transactions are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). pak33 supports the following payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, and standard bank transfer. Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits apply per transaction and per day, as published on the pak33 payments page.

Deposits are processed subject to the following conditions:

• Funds deposited must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party funding is strictly prohibited.
• pak33 reserves the right to request proof of payment method ownership prior to processing any withdrawal.
• Deposits made in error cannot be reversed once credited to your pak33 wallet. Contact support immediately if you believe an error has occurred.

Withdrawals are subject to the following conditions:

pak33 offers a range of promotional incentives including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spin credits, live casino cashback, and seasonal promotions such as PSL specials. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion's terms:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. pak33 reserves the right to exclude specific players or groups of players from any promotion at its discretion.
• Wagering requirements must be met within the time limit specified for each promotion. Bonus funds and any associated winnings will expire if requirements are not met within the applicable period.

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.

All content available on the pak33 platform, including but not limited to the pak33 brand name, logo, website design, user interface elements, promotional graphics, game content, and written materials, is the exclusive intellectual property of pak33 or its licensed content providers.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the pak33 platform for personal entertainment purposes only. This licence does not extend to:

• Reproducing, copying, or distributing any pak33 content without prior written authorisation.
• Creating derivative works based on pak33 brand assets or platform design.
• Using the pak33 name or logo in any context that implies affiliation, endorsement, or partnership without written consent.
• Scraping, crawling, or otherwise extracting data from the pak33 platform through automated means.

pak33 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and maintaining a safe environment for all players. pak33 enforces a strict minimum age of 21 years and provides the following responsible gaming tools, all accessible from the account dashboard at no cost:

pak33's maximum aggregate liability to any player in respect of any single incident or series of related incidents shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player during the thirty (30) day period immediately preceding the incident giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall exclude or limit pak33's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded by applicable law.

pak33 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. If you have a complaint or dispute relating to your pak33 account, a transaction, a game outcome, or any other aspect of the pak33 service, you must first contact pak33's support team via the live chat facility available 24/7 on the platform. Our team will acknowledge your complaint within 24 hours and endeavour to reach a resolution within 5 business days.

If you are not satisfied with the outcome of pak33's internal complaints process, you may escalate your complaint to the relevant dispute resolution body designated under pak33's international gaming licence. Details of the applicable escalation process will be provided to you at the conclusion of the internal review.

All disputes are to be submitted in writing. Verbal complaints communicated via live chat will be documented and treated as formal written complaints for the purposes of this process.

These Terms and Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable under pak33's international gaming licence. By accepting these terms, you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts or arbitral bodies specified under that licensing framework for the resolution of any dispute that cannot be resolved through the process described in Section 14.

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be amended to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable while preserving the original intent of the parties as closely as possible.

These Terms and Conditions, together with the pak33 Privacy Policy and any applicable game-specific or promotion-specific rules, constitute the entire agreement between you and pak33 with respect to your use of the platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings.
